A lactose free "milk" chocolate bar made with almond milk rather than cows milk, suitable for vegans and lactose intolerant. "We took on a challenge to achieve a luscious mouthfeel without lactose to please one of our customers whose daughter had never been able to enjoy a chocolate Easter egg. After many trials with soya milk and rice milk, we settled for almond milk. This bar, conched and refined in our atelier, delivers the rich taste and texture of creamy chocolate with subtle notes of almonds lingering on its finish."
