Chocolate Chai

Cool nights, warm spice, enjoy sipping on our Chocolate Chai. This recipe yields one Drink

You will need

Chocolate Dragon Mocha Mix | 1/4 cup

Brewed Chai | 10oz or 1 1/4 cup

Recipe

  1. Heat Chai over stove or in a microwave carefully to avoid scorching the milk to approximately 160°F (Or Stream milk with steam wand)
  2. Take Chaioff heat and thoroughly whisk chocolate into hot Chai.
  3. Add espresso.
  4. Pour from a high height to cool and froth hot chocolate. (not needed If steam wand wasn't used)
