Showcasing Kokoa Kamili beans, Fossa prepares this creamy 100% chocolate bar to highlight the naturally sweet, nutty and biscuity notes of pure Tanzanian cacao. Kokoa Kamili is a cooperative in the fertile lands of the Kilombero Valley. Working with nearly 3000 small farmers, they pay a premium for the wet cacao to then ferment and dry the beans at their facility. By taking over the post harvest processes, they reduce the farmers workload and have complete control over the consistency and quality of cacao beans.
