This bar has an extremely buttery texture because of the high amount of cocoa butter natural to the bean itself. It melts slowly as the flavors build up. First an earthy taste, then dried fruits and spices and lastly a luscious flavor (flavor felt when exhaling the nose through a closed mouth).
