This is a 45 % milk chocolate which is a high percentage of cocoa for a milk chocolate (the average runs about 30 %). Our Melissa has lots of afficionados because it is so well-balanced and stricking for its honey and caramel notes. Bean type: Criollo

Ingredients : 75% chocolate (cocoa, sugar, pure cocoa butter, non-GMO soy lecithin).

Store in a cool dry place between 16 and 18 ° C. May contain traces of nuts or milk.
